Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the influence due to the change of materials mixing ratio by measuring R-signal(according to reference light) and M-signal(according to measured light) corresponding to the transmitted light intensity and providing arithmetic means to correct the function signal of M/R or R/M with the function signal of R-signal. CONSTITUTION:R-signal according to reference light is input to an arithmetic unit 5 and a divider 3, and outputs of Y(R), M/R are obtained.
