Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the manufacturing processes as well as to realize the uniformity of the products and the cost reduction by forming both the diaphragm and the voice coil into one body. CONSTITUTION:Mesh part D of the same shape as diaphragm 1 is used along with formed mesh F obtained by forming continuously mesh part E of the same shape as voice coil bobbin 2 on the top of part D. Then the material solution containing the beated pulp is applied to these mesh parts to form pulp layer G. Layer G is then exfoliated from mesh E to undergo the hot-press formation and drying process. In that case, the press processing is given for finishing in order to secure especially high density at the area corresponding to bobbin 2 of layer G. In such way, the defective adhesion can be eliminated completely unlike the conventional case, thus obtaining the uniform products as well as reducing the number of the manufacturing processes and the production cost.
