Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve accuracies in curvatures in concave and convex curved surfaces of a formed product of a heat insulating panel with curved surfaces by pouring foaming resin into a space formed by a flat-shaped insulating member, forming one side of the curved surface, a peripheral metallic mold and one of a pair of male and female molds, and foaming it.
CONSTITUTION: A flat-shaped insulating member 3 such as phenol form or the like and a peripheral mold 4 detachably fixed to one side surface of the member 3 are set between an arced concave curved surface 1a of a female mold 1 and an arced convex curved surface 2a of a male mold 2 opposing to the femal mold 1, and a foaming resin material 6', such as polyurethane or the like, is poured into a space formed by the insulating member 3 and the peripheral mold 4. Before the foaming resin is formed, a protecting plate 5 such as an aluminum foil or the like is set at a loose portion of the mold 4, thereafter, the molds 1, 2 are moved to approach and the insulating member 3 as well as the protecting plate 5 are curved. Succeedingly, the resin material 6' is foamed, thereby, the insulating member 3 is contacted with the convex curved surface 2a closely while the protecting plate 5 is contacted with the concave curved surface 1a closely, due to a foaming pressure and a pressing means provided for a jig.
