Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an above-titled bag whereby maldistributed fresh water can always be secured, fresh water can be utilized easily at low cost, sea water separated from dirty sea can be secured, and object of water industry can be attained.
CONSTITUTION: The upper face of a water storage bag 2 is leveled and covered with a film 1, and a float 3 of an adequate shape is fitted around the upper portion of the bag 2 to increase the buoyancy of the bag 2, to form an above-titled bag. A valve 4 is provided for dispersing the air which tends to hinder the filling of a liquid in the bag 2, and a valve 5 is provided for filling air into the float 3. The bag 2 is made of a material which is flexible and excellent in resistance to water and chemicals, while the float 3 is made of an elastic material such as a metal and a synthetic resin or the like. By the use of the bag, service water or sea water can be secured and utilized in any place at any time.
