Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the performance of an automatic controller by providing a track that impedes the transmission of subordinate resonance of an actuator with a mechanical vibration system.
CONSTITUTION: In response to a signal from input terminal 1, electric current is flowed through coil 41 of galvanomirror 4 to drive mirror 42, which exercises control over the servo system. In parallel to the branch of galvanomirror 4, trap 8 which consists of coil 81 and capacitor 82 and absorbs the subordinate resonance component of the galvanomirror is provided. Thus, the transmission of the galvanomirror subordinate resonance frequency component to galvanomirror 4 is suppressed, so that the loop gain of the system can be increased as much as the suppression. Further, a control signal for special effect from terminal 9 can have an influence of the subordinate resonance prevented. Additionally, this method is similarly applicable to the electrostatic system, etc., as well as the optical system.
