Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the entire construction, by supporting the moving electrode movably through isolating from body, providing the fixed electrode only to one surface of the moving electrode, and using only one pressure detector.
CONSTITUTION: One end of the link shaft 4 is fitted inside the pressure detecting element 3. The link shaft 4 is led in the body 1 and supported so that it can be moved axially with the plate spring 5, and the moving electrode 6 is fitted. The plate spring 5 and the moving electrode 6 are isolated from the link shaft 4. The metal ring 8 is fitted at the circumference of the plate spring 5 with the same material in thermal expansion coefficient as the plate spring 5, and this meta ring 8 is clipped in the body 1 with insulation materials. Further, the part opposing to the moving electrode 6 is provided with the disc shape 1st fixed electrode 11 and the ring shape 2nd fixed electrode 12 forming the fixed capacity outside of it.
