Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a structure of a skeleton by a method wherein a buoyancy chamber utilizing bone plates and a strut is made in the upper part of a cylindrical body.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 2, having a substantially same diameter as that of a bouyancy body and opened at a lower end thereof, is provided at a lower part of the buoyancy body 1 of a buoy and a bone plate 3 is attached to an upper end thereof horizontally. A strut 4 is established at a center of the bone plate 3, a bone plate 5, horizontal with the bone plate 3, is provided at a top end of the strut 4 and an outer skin 1b is stretched between the bone plates 3, 5 thereby forming a bouyancy chamber 13. Holes 25c and slits 27 are provided on the cylindrical body for securing a mooring rope.
