CONSTITUTION:The air tight synthetic rubber bag 8 is arranged in the gas filled space in an outer cabinet 3, and the inside of the bag is communicated with the free air via a pipe 9, and a moisture absorbing air breather 10. The pressure of the inactive gas in the outer cabinet is varied depending on the variation in the temperature of the machine due to the variation in the free air temperature and others during the transportation. The pressure variation is equalized by the flow-in and flow- out of the free air into and out of the bag 8, but the free air does not enter the inside of the machine. Therefore, the insulation is not deteriorated and the rust is not yielded.
