PURPOSE: To facilitate maintenance and inspection of a solar heat collecting device and the like by a method wherein solar heat collecting members attached to a base wall unit are covered by detachable window stool and decoration panel.
CONSTITUTION: The solar heat collecting device 12, a feeding tube 22 and a discharging tube 23 which are attached to a base wall unit 7 are covered by a window stool 24 and a decoration panel 25 attached by an adaptor fitting 28. According to this method, when the adaptor fitting 28 is removed, the decoration panel 25 can be removed, therefore, maintenance and inspection of the solar heat collecting device 12 may be effected easily from indoor side.
