Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent icing of a carburetor by connecting an engine and the carburetor by a heat pipe to heat the carburetor by the heat of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a heat pipe 52 is inserted into a hole 20a which is made near a slow fuel passage 25b of a carburetor 20. The other end of the pipe 52 which is covered by the heat insulating material is inserted into an exhaust passage which is not indicated in the figure and heated by the exhaust gas heat.
