Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a mu processor, by detecting the voltage when the power supply is cut off and suddenly dropping the voltage through simple constitution for a power supply circuit that supplies the power to a power supply terminal of the mu processor. CONSTITUTION:The power supply voltage +B transmitted through a resistance 14 is set a level lower than the prescribed voltage by the cutoff of a power supply switch 18. Thus the base current of a transisotr TR6 flows via a resistnce 3 to a Zener diode 12 whose voltage is lowered by the drop of the power supply voltage by the charging voltage of a capacitor 5. As a result, the collector current of the TR6 flows to the base of a TR9 through a resistance 7 to turn on the TR9. Accordingly, the voltage is dropped through a resistance 10 for a capacitor 15 and the base of a TR13 in a stabilizing circuit 17, and at the same time the voltage of a capactor 16 is also dropped through a diode 11. Thus the power supply of the mu processor drops suddenly.
