Thus the set temperature is reduced again to the original set temperature. When the signal Hi is delivered to an output terminal of the timer 9 after the set time of the timer 9 as well as to a comparator 5, the signal Lo is delivered to a comparator 7 with an earthing of a resistance R13. As a result, the set resistance becomes equal to the synthetic resistance value obtained when the resistance R13 is connected to a series circuit of resistances R3 and R16.
