Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a stable reset signal, by respectively synchronizing a comparison voltage of a comparison circuit outputting a reset signal and a reference voltage to the reset signal. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal from a reset circuit 1 is differentiated and controls a transistor 14 operated as a switch. A reset signal from a comparison circuit 17 is applied to a capacitor 16 connected to +V of a power supply via this switch 14 through a resistor 21. The voltage of the capacitor 16 becomes a comparison voltage of the comparison circuit 17. On the other hand, a voltage synthesizing a voltage of the power supply +V divided with resistors 18 and 19 and a reset signal from the comparison circuit 17 via a resistor 20 becomes a reference voltage Vr of the comparison circuit 17. When the comparison voltage is lower than the reference voltage, a reset signal is generated and given to the circuit 1. Thus, a stable reset signal can be obtained.
