Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce voltage variations of a communication line by clamping a signal at an operation point where the impedance of a collector does not decrease, by using the transistor as a high impedance element substituting a choke coil, and by obtaining a constant voltage by the variable DC resistance of the transistor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TR is provided connecting with one communication line L1 at its collector and with one terminal of a power source at its emitter, and a Zener diode 7 is connected to the base of the TR at one terminal and to the line L1 at the other terminal. The other terminal of the diode 7 is connected to one terminal of a resistance 6A for preventing an AC short circuit, the other terminal of the resistance 6A is connected to a communication line L2, and a capacitor C1 is interposed between the resistance 6A and line L2. Consequently, the voltage drop of a choking circuit due to an increase in current is reduced remarkably with less voltage variations at a common signal terminal 1.
