Abstract
PURPOSE: To inject a set ratio of mixed grout into the ground by a simplified structure by a method wherein the flow rate of grout is detected on suction side of each pump through which two kinds of grouts are sent and then compared with a set flow rate, and then on the basis of the difference between them, the driving change gear mechanism of each pump is controlled.
CONSTITUTION: The discharge rates of both pumps 3 and 4 through which a grout A as the main agent, e.g., cement milk, etc., and a grout B as an assistant, e.g., sodium silicate, etc., are sent are set up by a flow rate controller 14. If a difference from the set flow rate is appeared in the detected flow rate signals of flow rate detectors 13 and 13' provided to suction pipelines 5 and 6, any one or both of the pumps are operated. For example, a correction signal is sent to the operator of the change gear mechanism 12 of the grout B-sending pump 4 to control is so as to minimize the difference between the set flow rate ratio and the actual flow rate ratio by reducing the turning speed of the mechanism, etc. Thus, both grouts can be sent into the injection tube 9 at a fixed ratio all the time.
