Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily remove a molding from a rubber mold with less sliding contact resistance by forming a hollow part in the cylindrical part of the mold and injecting liquid from a tank.
CONSTITUTION: A bag body 27 is located on the inside surface on the spigot side of a pipe 25, and pressure air is supplied through a supply pipe 28, thence the bag body 27 is bulged and is allowed to contact the inside surface on the spigot side by pressure. When pressure air is supplied to the inside part on the spigot side through a main supply pipe 31, the inside cylindrical part of a rubber mold 4 is expanded by pressure P1, thereby creating a spacing 32 from the outside circumferential surface of the pipe 25. At this time, the liquid 20 in a hollow part 19 is returned through a passage 23. The pressure P1 acts on the body 27 as well, and if the relation therof with the inside pressure P2 of the body 27 is kept at P1<P2, extruding force acts upon the pipe 25 via the body 27. Since the pipe 25 is reduced of sliding contact force by the clearance 32, the pipe 25 is easily removed from the rubber mold 4 as the pipe 28 is increasingly inserted.
