Abstract
PURPOSE:To use a less-flexible shock absorbing spring by suppressing a runaway speed in a fault of a servo device low, by making the operation of a driving circuit ineffective when centrifugal force by the oscillation of a rotary positioning mechanism exceeds a reference value. CONSTITUTION:A rotary positioning mechanism having an arm 7 oscillating on a fixed shaft 8 to move a servo converter 6 and a data converter 5 coupling mutually is providing with a means of detecting centrifugal force in the lengthwise direction of an arm 7. When this centrifugal force exceeds a reference value, the operation of a driving circuit 15 driving an operating device 10 is made ineffective by some means. For example, an acceleration converter 20 equipped near the end of the arm 7 converts the centrifugal force into an electric signal, which is amplified by an amplifier 21 and compared with a reference voltage Es by a comparator 22, whose output is used to actuate a switching circuit 16, thereby disconnecting the driving circuit 15 and operating device 10 from each other.
