When the receiving processing can be executed, the receiving information processing circuit 8 checks whether the transfer start information is received by the information receiving circuit 6 or not, through a transfer start information detecting circuit 7, and when the transfer start information is received, the receiving processing available information is transferred to the transmitting device 1 through the receiving processing available information transmitting circuit 9.
