Abstract
PURPOSE: To reel in the film under a condition that the film is carrying no wrinkle by a method wherein the film is reeled under being passed through an expander roller being grounded electrically to smooth out the wrinkle of the charged film effectively.
CONSTITUTION: The charged film 7 fed out of a feed shaft 6 is passed through a guide roller 12 and the expander roller 9 in which the surface of the roller is grounded electrically with a resistor having a resistance of 100kΩ or less. Upon passing through the expander roller 9, the wrinkle of the film 7 is smoothed out and the film is introduced into a processing section 10 to coat it under the condition that the film is carrying no wrinkle, thereafter, the film is reeled around a reeling shaft 8 through the guide roller 12.
