Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently produce an stretched polypropylene film with mold releasability, by carrying out adhesiveness improving treatment on the surface of a polypropylene film, applying a thermosetting silicone resin on thus treated surface, and thereafter stretching the film.
CONSTITUTION: Adhesiveness improving treatment is carried out on the surface of a polyproylene film, thus treated surface is applied with a thermosetting silicone resin, and then the film is stretched, so that the original polypropylene film becomes a stretched polypropylene film and at the same time the thermosetting silicone resin coated on the film surface is cured. Thus the stretched polypropylene film excellent in the mold releasability and transparency can be efficiently produced.
