Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable precise control of the speed of a motor by a definite settling response by enabling a speed control system to perform gain and integrating compensations when the deviation between a speed command value and an actual speed value falls within the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:In order to compensate an ordinary deviation for load increase and decrease when performing a definite settling response control, an integration compensation term is operated when the speed deviation falls within the prescribed value d, and the ordinary deviation is set to zero. When the speed deviation falls within the prescribed value d, only the gain compensation is performed, thereby carrying out the definite settling response control. The integration term is reset to smoothly operate the integration. Even if this is used for the definite settling response control, the ordinary deviation can be set to zero, and accordingly the performance can be improved in both the response and accuracy as well.
