    記測定ダイアフラムに対向して平行に設けられその中央
    部が連結軸を介して前記濱（定ダイアフラムに固、定さ
    れた固定容量電極と、前記測定ダイアフラムの他面側を
    覆い該測定ダイア７　　　　　　フラムと測定室を構成
    するカバーとを具備する圧力計において、前記測定ダイ
    アフラムと固定容量電極との隙間が前記連結軸軸中心か
    ら放射方向にしだいに広くなるように構成されたことを
