The present invention relates to a fuel strainer for filtering, and particularly to one that prevents vapor lock caused by fuel vapor bubbles generated in a fuel bin 1 accumulating in the fuel strainer.

As shown in FIG.
A cock 4 which is bent into a letter shape and has a communicating passage 3 at a bent part in the middle of the passage 2 is provided with a step G.
The fuel introduction passage 2 is communicated or cut off by the operation. In addition, a filtered fuel chamber 5 is formed separately from the passage 2, and a presser nut 6 is provided below the strainer main body 1.
The fuel introduction passage 2 directly communicates with the cup 7, which is separated by several holes, but the filtration fuel chamber 5 communicates with the cup 7 via a strainer screen 8. The fuel introduction passage 2 communicates with a fuel tank 10 located at a high location via a fuel pipe 9, and the fuel derivation passage 11 from the filtration fuel chamber 5 communicates with a fuel tank 10 located at a low location via a fuel pipe 12. 13.

The filtered fuel is supplied to the carburetor through a fuel outlet passage 11 and a fuel vibrator 12. Therefore, the fuel passage system in the strainer has a U-shaped detour from the fuel introduction passage 2 through the cup 7 to the filtration fuel chamber 5.

Also, when air is removed, the filter element is bypassed to prevent redness and filtration is not performed, so use in this state H is recommended for use with 411 as a strainer.
No ability is completely lost. Therefore, the idea of known technology cannot be applied to the present invention.

In addition, vapor bubbles accumulated in the filtration fuel chamber by the vapor passage are discharged to the fuel tank side via the fuel introduction passage or the like.

。Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. First, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 will be described. In the strainer body 1, the fuel introduction passage 2' connecting to the communication passage 3 of the cock 4 is made short, and the cup 1 at the bottom of this passage 2' is made short.
A large filtered fuel chamber 5' is formed between the chamber 5' and a vapor passage 14 with a predetermined gap between the passage 2 and the cup 1, and a partition 15 is installed therein. Here, it is preferable that the cylinder 15 is erected by fixing the flange portion 5a at the lower end thereof together with the strainer net 8 with a presser nut, and for this purpose, the flange portion 15a is provided with a hole 1G for passage of fuel. Further, a chevron-shaped taper 11 is provided at the top of the chamber 5' to smoothly guide vapor bubbles into the vapor passageway 14.

The water is filtered through a strainer screen 8 in the same way as in the past. On the other hand, the fuel vapor bubbles generated in the fuel pipe 12 accumulate at the top of the filtered fuel chamber 5', are guided to the center by the taper 17 there, enter the fuel introduction passage 2' from the vapor passage 14, and are filled with fuel.
