    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被写体を挾んで対向配置される放射線源及び放射線検出
    器と、前記放射線源からの放射線ビームの領域を規定す
    る放射線源側コリメータ装置と、前記放射線検出器に入
    射線ビームの領域を規定する放射線検出器側コリメータ
    装置とを備えたコン−ピユータ断層撮影装置において、
    前記放射線検出器は、対向する２個の支持台に各々複数
    の検出器が櫛歯状に間隔配置され、かつ面支持台間にお
    いては互いに他方の間隔内に位置するように構成され、
    双方の支持台の検出器が１スライス時には直線上に、２
    スライス時には千鳥足状に並ぶように前記支持台の少な
    くとも一方は他方に対し接近離退可能に配置されている
    ことを特徴とするコンピュータ断層撮影装置。
