を供給する現像装置において、スリーブ状又は無端ベ
ルト状をなし前記像担体の近傍をその通過−とするよう
に移動可能に設けられたトナー担持体と、前記トナー担
持体の表面にトナーを補給するトナー補給手段と、前記
トナー担持体の移動方向における前記トナー補給手段の
下流側に配設され前記トナー担持体の表面に摺接するよ
うに設けられたブレードとを有し、該ブレードは支持体
に移動自在に取付はブレード先端が前記担持体に整合可
能であることを特徴とする現像装置。 ２ 上記第１項において、前記トナー担持体の内側に磁
石を設け、前記ブレードを磁性体材料で構成して前記磁
