    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビームを射出し形成する電子銃部と、該電子ビーム
    と相互作用する高周波回路部と、該電子ビームを捕捉す
    るコレクタ部と、該高周波回路部と該コレクタ部を絶縁
    しかつ気密封止する電気絶縁物（セラミック）から成り
    、該コレクタ部の冷却が水を含んだ液体にて行なわれる
    大電力マイクロ波管において、前記電気絶縁体の外周に
    前記コレクタ部の冷却系（電磁波透過性ホース）を巻き
    付け、覆ったことを特徴とする大電力マイクロ波管。
