  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　主巻線と、この主巻線に並列に接続される補助巻線
    と、この補助巻線に直列に接続される始動リレー接点と
    を有する分相始動形単相誘導電動機を保護する電動機保
    護装置において、電流と温度の両方に感応して開路する
    過熱保護素子を、回路的に前記補助巻線の電流が流れる
    回路部分に、かつ熱的に前記補助巻線に密接させて配設
    したことを特徴前る電動機保護装置。 ２　前記過熱保護素子がバイメタルである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の電動機保護装置。 ３　前記過熱保護素子が正特性サーミスタである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電動機保護装置。 ４　前記過熱保護素子が前記補助巻線に直列に接続され
