一部との間に相係合する凹凸部および1個もしくはそれ
以上の凸部を形成し、さらに上記操作子にはこれら凹凸
部と凸部との係合を解消すべく位置決め体を変位する係
合解消操作部を設けたものであり、上記係合解消操作部
を介して位置決め体を弾性変位させ、凹凸部と凸部との
保合を解消した一部で溢水目体をスムーズに上下動する
