Claims (1)
- 内燃機関用ピストンの外周面に対応して上下に延びる円
孔を備える型と、下端部側面にピストンピンの一対の軸
受部に対応した一対の切欠き部が一直径線上に設けられ
前記円孔内に上方から挿入されて前記ピストンの中空部
を形成する中子と、前記型の円孔内面から前記各切欠き
部内に挿脱可能に突入され前記ピストンピンの軸受孔を
形成するための一対の鋳抜きピンとで、キャビティが画
成され、該キャビティの下部に貯湯部が連通される内燃
機関用ピストンの溶湯鍛造装置において、前記両鋳抜き
ピンの先端面には上下の側面間にわたって縦溝がそれぞ
れ穿設されることを特徴とする内燃機関用ピストンの溶
湯鍛造装置。
