Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷菓原料を充填して凍結成形するための複数のモ
    ールドが閉鎖無限軌道上に於て間欠的に移動されて循環
    させられ、その間に原料の充填、凍結、冷菓の抜取り、
    モニルドの洗浄を連続的に行なう冷菓製造装置に於て、 上記冷菓抜取り位置とモールド洗浄位置との間に配置さ
    れており、上記冷菓製造装置の間欠移動に同調して、モ
    ールドに対して前進、後退する駆動フレーム１１と、 該駆動フレーム１１に摺動可能に支持されて、常態動作
    に於ては該駆動フレーム１１と共に前進、後退し、前進
    の極限位置に於てモールドの底部に到達し、後退の極限
    位置に於てモールドの間欠移動径路から充分に後退する
    吸引ノズル１２と、 上記吸引ノズル１２を上記駆動フレーム１１に関して前
    進方向に常に弾性的に偏倚させており、前進運動の際に
    吸引ノズル１２の前進が阻まれたとき、上記偏倚力に抗
    して上記吸引ノズル１２を上記駆動フレーム１１に関し
    て相対的に後退するのを許す偏倚手段１３と、　　−上
    記駆動フレーム１１の前進、後退運動に追随し、上記吸
    引ノズル１２を吸引源に接続する可撓性チューブ１４と
    、 を有することを特徴とするモールド内に残留する冷菓原
    料を回収する装置。
  2. （２）上記吸引ノズル１２の先端が軟質の弾性材料で出
    来た筒状部材１７を有し、該筒状部材の先端周壁に軸方
    向の切欠部が設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
