    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体から隔離された多分力検出素子によって外、　　力
    を測定するための多分力検出器において、作用外力を多
    分力検出素子に伝える腕に取りつけられた第１のベロー
    ズと、前記多分力検出素子に対して補償流体圧を伝える
    第２のベローソとを有し、前記第２のベローズと前記多
    分力検出素子との間に、該両ベローズを通じて作用する
    力の差を補正するためのばねが介在せしめられることを
    特徴とする多分力検出器。
