  1. 一端部に頂壁部を有するカップ状のピストン本体と、前
    記ピストン本体の内側空間に設けられｔ油溜り構成部材
    とを有し、前記油溜り構成部材１よ前記頂壁部の側に油
    溜り部を構成する棚板部を何し、前記油溜り部は前記ピ
    ストン本体のオイルリング溝を前記内側空間に連通せし
    めるべく前記ピストン本体に設けられた連通路の前記内
    側空間こ対する開口端に対向する壁面部を備えているこ
    とを特徴とする内燃機関用ピストン。
