コーキング剤を装着してシーリングした後、天板裏側よ
りねじ16と金具17とでしめっけ固定してあった。と
ころがこの方法では、経年変化によりゴムパッキン・コ
ーキング剤が老化したり、夫板が木質の場合には窓孔切
口端面が湿気を吸って機面部付近が膨張したりして、水
槽フランジ1と天板12との間に隙間を生じ、完全なシ
ーリングが期待出来ない欠点があった。また、シール性
を高めるために夫板裏側から相当な力でねじをしめる必
要があり、取付作業が非常に手間どろという欠点もあっ
た。本発明はこのような従来の欠点を解消したもので、
板体と水槽等の都材との結合を簡単に行なえるようにす
るとともにその結合も確実かつ強固なものとすることを
目的としたものである。
