However, in the construction of such foundations, confirmation of the pond resistance has generally been neglected, and for this reason, damage caused by earthquakes to low-rise wooden buildings on soft ground, and damage to fittings due to uneven ground subsidence. Accidents such as distortions and subsidence of the east standing floor have been frequently observed in newly created ground, soft ground, or European soil such as newly created ground. In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been developed as a foundation construction method for low-rise buildings, in place of foundation construction work such as substructure cloth foundations, foundation beams, footings, combs, and installation, by providing a strong foundation over the entire dominant surface of the building. This provides a new construction method for economically leveling foundations.

Hollow cubic blocks 2 having sealed hollow parts molded from cement analogues, etc. are laid down so that at least most of the hollow parts are below the ground surface, and then concrete 3 is poured on the entire surface to an appropriate thickness. It is characterized in that it is constructed on a foundation board 4 that integrates the hollow cubic blocks 2 which are laid down in a connected manner.

As mentioned above, in addition to concrete or cement, it is molded with cement analogues made by solidifying sludge, which is industrial waste. bury it. Also second
Although the hollow portion 6 shown in the figure is an example molded using a rubber balloon-like mold, it is also possible to form a rectangular hollow portion using a fill-in mold such as a paper box. Next, to describe the construction of the foundation of the present invention, first, according to the plan layout of the building, as illustrated in FIG. The hollow cubic blocks 2 are excavated to a depth close to the height of the flocs 2 and laid so that at least most of their hollow parts are below the ground surface. That is, the upper layer of the soft ground 1 and the hollow cubic block 2 are replaced. Next, concrete 3 is poured to an appropriate thickness on the entire surface of the hollow cubic blocks 2 that have been laid in a connected manner. Thus, the above hollow cubic block 2
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper surface reinforcement bars 5 are buried in concrete 3 that is poured over the entire surface of the hollow cubic blocks 2 that are laid in parallel, and the valley hollow cubic blocks 2 are firmly integrated with the concrete 3. It is constructed on the foundation board 4 which has been transformed into a foundation board 4. Next, a low-rise building is built on the foundation board 4 constructed as described above. The lower part of the low-rise building is constructed by installing walls 8, pillars, etc., and installing a bundling IQ on the first floor 9.The foundation construction method of the present invention is carried out and constructed as described above. Foundation plates are used for the foundations of low-rise buildings, and are hollow cubes with a sealed hollow section, even if the soil has a low bearing capacity.

点がある。Since the foundation plate is lightweight compared to its volume, the specific gravity of the foundation plate can be reduced, which can advantageously provide sufficient soil bearing capacity as the foundation of a low-rise building. Since it is a strong flat board, it has the advantage that the lower part of the walls and pillars of the building and the first floor can be properly erected to the east, and uneven settlement of the building will not occur. Furthermore, even if the ground is sandy and liquefaction occurs due to an earthquake, the foundation plate constructed by the construction method of the present invention can support the building as a floating foundation and prevent the building from leaning. Furthermore, the main hollow cubic blocks used for foundation work are factory-made. This has the advantage that foundation work can be carried out easily and quickly on site.
