Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁本体に流体用主通路が形成され、この主通路内に、同
    主通路を一次側と二次側に分割し得るように弁座が形成
    され、この弁座に就座可能な弁体に、前記二次側に装着
    されるシリンダ内に摺設されるピストンの前記二次側へ
    の突出端部が連結され、前記一次側、二次側及びシリン
    ダ内とがそれぞれ補助管路によって連通され、前記ピス
    トンに位置検知用のロンドの一端が連結されるとともに
    、同他端がシリンダの壁を摺動貫通して外部に突出され
    て成る圧力調整弁であって、前記シリンダと弁本体との
    当接部分及び前記シリンダの壁とロンドとの摺動部分が
    それぞれ管路によってドレンに連結され、同部分から漏
    れた流体をドレンに導くように形成されて成る圧力調整
    弁。
