の一実施例の要部のみを示すためのそれぞれ第４図およ
び第５図に対応する部分断面図である。 図において、１は半導体基板、２．２ａ、　２ｂはカセ
ット、３はボート、長は供給ローラ駆動アーム、６ａは
供給ローラ、６ｂは受容ローラ、１１は受容ローラ駆動
アーム、２０は通孔、２１は噴出圧縮空気である。なお
、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数枚の半導体基板が実質的に並行に並べて収容
    されたカセットの底面開口部から挿入され上記半導体基
    板を順次１枚ずつ押し出す供給ローラと、この供給ロー
    ラによって押し出された上記半導体基板を受は取って、
    処理用のボートに実質的に並行に並べて収容する受容ロ
    ーラとを備えたものにおいて、上記供給ローラおよび受
    容ローラともにそれぞれ一方の端面から圧縮空気を噴出
    させ、取り扱い中の上記半導体基板とこれに隣接する半
    導体基板との間隔を保持するようにしたことを特徴とす
    る半導体基板移し替え装置。
  2. （２）′供給ローラおよび受容ローラはそれぞれアーム
    によって駆動され、その端面から噴出させる圧縮空気は
    上記アーム内の通孔を経て供給されるようにしたことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体
    基板移し替え装置。
