室、３・・・酸素富化膜、４・・・酸素富化空気室、５
・・・磁石、６・・・空気取入口、７・・・酸素富化空
気吐出口、６より入った空気は２で加圧され３を透過し
、同時に５により酸素分子が吸引され、４において酸素
富化空気となり、７より吐出される。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 酸素富化膜を利用してなる酸素富化空気製造法に於いて
    、電磁石又は永久磁石の磁極面が酸素富化膜に対向する
    ように配列し、酸素富化膜を透過する酸素を選択的に吸
    引捕集し、より効率的に酸素富化空気を製造する方法。
