  1. シングルインライン型又はデュアルインライン型混成集
    積回路において、基板の一面と端子面とを同一面上に位
    置決めした状態で、端子を植込み、該端子面上に導体回
    路電極膜を印刷形成してなることを特徴とする植込端子
    型混成集積回路。
