Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）取り付けられるべき部品を把持するフィンガと、
    前記フィンガによって前記部品を把持して作業対象の部
    品取付位置に搬送する搬送手段とを含み、前記フィンガ
    は前記部品を把持する把持部と、前記把持部を保持する
    保持部とから成り、前記把持部が前記保持部に対して移
    動し得るようになされていることを特徴とする部品取付
    装置。
  2. （２）前記把持部は前記保持部に対して３次元的に移動
    し得ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の部品取付装置。
