Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案は油槽内に配設された油加熱用のシーズ
ヒータを回動して油槽外へ移動できる様にした電
気フライヤーに関する。
(ロ) 従来技術
従来のこの種の電気フライヤーを第1図におい
て説明する。1は上面を開口した油槽2を着脱自
在に内装する本体、3は本体1の後部上面の左右
に固定した一対の支柱4に回動可能に軸着された
支持体、5は油槽2の底部に蛇行状に配設され、
両端部を前記支持体3に支持した油加熱用のシー
ズヒータであり、該ヒータ5は支持体3の側部に
固定した操作杆6を持つて支持体3を回動せしめ
ることにより油槽2の外へ移動させる事ができ
る。
斯かる従来技術のフライヤーは、シーズヒータ
5を油槽2の外へ移動させるとき操作する操作杆
6が簡素である利点を奏するものの、回動支点に
近い支持体3に操作杆6を固定しているため、回
動に際して極めて大きな力を必要とする欠点を奏
し、更には、手を伸ばして操作杆6を回動させる
ため操作性は一層悪いものとなつていた。
(ハ) 考案の目的
本考案はシーズヒータを油槽の外へ移動させる
ときの操作性が良く、しかも、小さな力でシーズ
ヒータを油槽の外へ移動させることができる電気
フライヤーを提供する。
(ニ) 考案の構成
油槽の底部に配設されたシーズヒータの前部に
回動可能に連結され、油槽の前面壁に沿つて本体
前方まで延びた操作部材と、該操作部材の操作に
基づきシーズヒータが油槽外の停止位置に移動し
た状態で操作部材の回動を規制するストツパー部
材を設けて成る電気フライヤー。
(ホ) 実施例
第2図,第3図及び第4図に基づき本考案の実
施例を説明する。なお、従来例と同一構成部品に
ついては従来例と同一番号を使用すると共に詳細
説明も省略する。7は前記シーズヒータ5の前部
に設けられた取付け部材で、コ字状を成し両端部
をシーズヒータ5の後部に溶接にて固定したもの
である。そして、取付け部材7に回動可能で、し
かも着脱自在に取付けられる操作部材8は油槽2
の底壁2A及び前面壁2Bに沿つて上方に延び、
更に、本体1の上面壁1Aに沿つて本体1の前方
まで延在する構成であり、本体1の前方に延びた
部分を折曲した把手8Aを有するものである。な
お、操作部材8は取付け部材7を介してヒータ5
の前部に回動可能に取り付けられているが、ヒー
タ5に直接回動可能に連結してもよい。9は油槽
2の底壁2Aに沿つた部分の操作部材8に溶着さ
れたストツパー部材であり、操作部材8の回動方
向においてヒータ5の下面に当接し、その回動を
規制するものである。
以上の構成において、シーズヒータ5を油槽2
の外へ移動させる動作を第5図乃至第8図に基づ
いて説明する。まず、シーズヒータ5が油槽2内
に位置する第5図の状態において、把手8Aを持
つて操作部材8を回動させながら持ち上げると、
シーズヒータ5は第6図に示す如く支柱4に回動
可能に取付けた支持体3と共に回動して油槽2の
外へ移動される。この際、操作部材8は支持体3
の回動支点より離れたシーズヒータ5の前部に連
結されているため、シーズヒータ5の移動を極め
て小さな力で行なう事ができる。そして、第7図
に示す如くシーズヒータ5が完全に油槽2の外へ
移動したとき支持体3はロツク装置10によつて
シーズヒータ5と共にこの位置に停止され、この
状態において、手を把手8Aから離すと操作部材
8は第8図に示す如く回動し、該操作部材8の回
動を規制するストツパー部材9がシーズヒータ5
の下面に当接して停止する。このストツパー部材
9は操作部材8がシーズヒータ5へ入り込むのを
防止し、シーズヒータ5を油槽2に戻す操作を速
やかに開始させるのに効果的に作用する。
なお、操作部材8の回動を規制するストツパー
部材9はシーズヒータ5側に設けてもよい。
(ヘ) 考案の効果
本考案は極めて小さな力でシーズヒータを油槽
の外へ移動させる事ができ、シーズヒータを油槽
の外へ移動させる動作を本体前方において無理な
く行なう事ができると共に油槽への戻し動作も速
やかに行なう事ができる等、操作面において極め
