Claims (1)
- スライドボード液相ピタキシヤル成長装置の押
棒の成長炉より突出した部分を、押棒の長さ方向
の移動自在に収納して上記成長炉の端面に気密に
取付けられた有底筒状の収納容器と、上記押棒の
端部および上記収納容器の内底面の間に配設され
た、所定温度の逆変態点を有する形状記憶合金製
コイルスプリングと、上記収納容器を気密に貫通
して、上記形状記憶合金製コイルスプリングに通
電する通電バーとを具備してなるスライダー駆動
装置。
