    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 部屋で開口する部屋通風口に通じる主通気路に
    フアンを介在させかつ該主通気路に、床下空間で
    開口する床下通風口に通じる床下通気路と外気に
    開口する外通風口に通じる外通気路とを分岐、形
    成するとともに、前記分岐部に、床下通気路と外
    通気路とを選択的に主通気路に導通させるダンパ
    を配してなる床下空間を利用する空調装置。
