Claims (1)
- 光学レンズ系により構成された鏡筒が前面に嵌
入されたレンズ系受け用のシヤーシの後面に、受
光面を前面に向け背面がプリント配線板に取りつ
けられた撮像素子となる電荷結合デバイスが当接
されてなる撮像装置において、中央部が前記電荷
結合デバイスの背面に密着し、上縁辺または下縁
辺に沿つて段差を有する複数個の突出壁を突設し
、かつ中央部の両端に取付孔を貫設した熱の良伝
導材よりなる放熱板を、前記シヤーシに突設され
た突起に前記取付孔によつて取付け固定してなる
電荷結合デバイス用放熱装置。
