熱素子を使用した湿度センサーで雰囲気温度のみ
を変化させた時のＶＮ，ＶＨ，ＶＳの温度特性図
、第４図は雰囲気温度を一定におき湿度のみを変
化させた時のＶＮ，ＶＨ，ＶＳの湿度特性図、第
５図は湿度を一定にしておき雰囲気温度のみを変
化させた時のＶＮ，ＶＨ，ＶＳの温度特性図であ
る。 １：湿度センサー、２：第一感熱素子、３：第
二感熱素子、４：比較器、６：加熱室、７：排気
ダクト、８：マグネトロン、９：高圧トランス、
１０：冷却フアン。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 雰囲気中の湿度を検出する湿度センサーが設け
    られ、該湿度センサーは、雰囲気温度を検出する
    第一感熱素子と、自己加熱又は加熱熱源により加
    熱される第二感熱素子とからなり、該第一感熱素
    子の検出信号と第二感熱素子の検出信号とを比較
    する比較器が設けられ、前記第一感熱素子及び第
    二感熱素子は、その両端電圧の変化量が湿度一定
    で雰囲気温度のみを変化させたときに等しくなる
    よう夫々異なつた温度特性を有せしめられたこと
    を特徴とする湿度検出回路。
