Claims (2)
- （１）マイクロ波加熱室内に貫通するマイクロ波透過物
質で作成した加熱パイプ内に被加熱物を通して加熱殺菌
を行う装置の前記加熱パイプ内に設置され被加熱物を攪
拌するものであり、駆動装置に連動する断面円形状の攪
拌棒に任意形状の攪拌羽根を複数枚前記攪拌棒の軸方向
に対し直角に突設することを特徴とする食品の加熱殺菌
装置の攪拌機構。 - （２）攪拌羽根は相隣接するものを互いに９０度の位相
をもたせて攪拌棒に突設することを特徴とすることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の食品の加
熱殺菌装置の攪拌機構。
