Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 起歪体の撓みを利用して歪ゲージで力を検出す
る力検出器において、 起歪体のカバーを固定フランジ及び負荷フラン
ジと一体化する手段と、 それら各々を起歪体の固定部と負荷部に固着す
る手段と、 これら２つのカバーに径方向と軸方向に一定の
隙間を設けて対向させる手段と、 その対向部分を弾性で覆う手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする力検出器保護装置。
