Claims (1)
- 支持体上に載置された板状ワークを保持するた
めの吸着保持手段がハンドリングアームに設けら
れて成るワークハンドリング装置において、前記
吸着保持手段は、カツプ状吸盤と、該カツプ状吸
盤よりも伸縮量が大である蛇腹状多段吸盤とから
成り、該多段吸盤の下端は、伸長状態にあるカツ
プ状吸盤の下端に対して、伸長状態では下方に位
置するように配置されることを特徴とするワーク
ハンドリング装置。
