  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒状の外軸と陽極を兼ねる円筒状の内軸とを
    同軸に配し、前記外軸と内軸の各軸方向端部相互
    間に前記外軸および内軸の径方向に短絡板を配し
    てなる同軸共振器と、この同軸共振器からマイク
    ロ波を導出する出力導波部とを備えた同軸型マグ
    ネトロンにおいて、 前記短絡板部に細隙を設け、この細隙部に連通
    して前記出力導波部を設け、かつ前記外軸の外周
    部に軸方向に磁界を与える電磁石を設けたことを
    特徴とする同軸型マグネトロン。
