Claims (1)
スイツチング素子の一端子に設けられた螢光体層

いて、第i行の制御信号ラインに共通に接続され
た複数のスイツチング素子の第1の端子と、第j
列の電源ラインに並列に接続された前記スイツチ
ング素子の第2の端子および第i行第j列に属し
、螢光体層を有する複数の表示面素にそれぞれ接
続された前記スイツチング素子の第3端子から構
成され、第i行に制御信号を、第j列に電源を供
給することにより、第i行、第j列に属する複数
のスイツチング素子がそれぞれ接続されている表
示画素を同時に駆動し、発光させることを特徴と
