いて、配線基板上の複数の集積回路の裏面に係合
する抜き挿し自在の第１固定部材と、該第１固定
部材が集積回路の裏面に係合した状態でその表面
に係合して第１固定部材と共に集積回路をはさみ
固定する接離自在の複数の第２固定部材と、第１
及び第２固定部材による集積回路のはさみ固定状
態において配線基板を集積回路の裏面に対して垂
直方向に移動させ集積回路から離脱させる離脱部
材とから成ることを特徴とする集積回路垂直抜取
